This page is for counterparties, financial institutions, and risk and compliance teams assessing Almaty Building & Co. It sets out what the company publishes openly, what it provides on request, and what it does not publish and why.
Ownership transparency
Kazakhstan does not publish participation interests in a limited liability partnership. The state register records the company’s director, not its owners. Beneficial ownership therefore cannot be established from a public register in either direction, for this company or any other Kazakhstan LLP.
Rather than assert an ownership position that a reader cannot check, Almaty Building provides ownership and beneficial-ownership information directly, on request, where appropriate under a confidentiality agreement. Background on the director-and-founder distinction is on the governance page.
Documents provided on request
The following are available to counterparties, financial institutions and their advisers, on request through the due-diligence channel:
- Certificate of state registration.
- Constitutive documents (charter).
- Confirmation of VAT registration.
- Confirmation of the director’s authority to bind the company.
- Ownership and beneficial-ownership information, under a confidentiality agreement where appropriate.
- Project documentation relevant to a specific transaction.
What this site does not publish, and why
| Not published | Reason, and the alternative |
|---|---|
| Street address | The company publishes its city and district. The full registered address is recorded in the state register against BIN 220440009479 and is confirmed in writing on request. |
| Counterparties and tenants | Not named without their written consent. Naming a commercial counterparty without consent would itself be a governance failure. |
| Contract values and financial statements | Commercially sensitive. The company is not required to publish accounts for its size category. Financial information is provided to counterparties on request. |
| Ownership percentages | Not published, because no public source exists against which a reader could verify them. Provided directly on request. |
What a due-diligence exchange usually involves
Most requests follow the same sequence. A counterparty confirms the legal entity from the public register, then asks for the documents that the register does not carry — the charter, confirmation of the director’s authority, and ownership information. Where a transaction is involved, project documentation follows once a confidentiality agreement is in place.
Corporate documents issued in Kazakhstan are in Kazakh and Russian. English translations of the documents listed above are provided on request. Identifying the requesting organisation and naming the specific document at the outset shortens the exchange considerably.
The company does not assert its own sanctions or litigation status on this website. Such a statement would be unverifiable by the reader, would be out of date the moment circumstances changed, and would in any case be checked independently by anyone who needed to rely on it. The public record is the better answer, and the verification steps below point at it.
Where to verify Almaty Building
The company’s registry identifiers are published so that its statements can be checked against the public record. The four-step procedure is on the about page, and the independent reporting of the Aktobe launch is linked from the project page.
