How we decide what to build
The company takes on projects where the demand is already evidenced rather than forecast, where there is an operating counterparty for the completed asset, and where the regulatory and connection position is settled before construction starts. Each principle is illustrated by the Aktobe project.
- 01Evidenced demand, not forecast demand. The Aktobe station serves an existing and growing gas-powered vehicle fleet in a region that had one station before it.
- 02An operating counterparty from day one. The station runs as a franchise under an established national brand rather than being built speculatively.
- 03Equipment specified for service life. Compression and gas preparation were specified for long-term operation, not lowest capital cost.
- 04The regulatory position settled before construction. Siting, connection and approvals are resolved first.

The independent record of the Aktobe launch
The launch was reported independently by Kazinform and, for the equipment specification, by Neftegaz.ru. Both reports are in Russian. They give the capacity, investment figure, operating brand and gas supplier, and record the officials present at the opening.
Kazakh-language reporting refers to Almaty Building in a shortened trading form. The registered legal entity is ТОО «ALMATY BUILDING & CO», BIN 220440009479, whose registered activities include the production of gaseous fuel and wholesale trade in natural gas. One completed station, and why we say so plainly
Almaty Building was registered in 6 April 2022 and its first station was commissioned in April 2026. One completed station is what the company has delivered, and we state the count rather than implying a portfolio. Tax paid has risen in every year since registration, which is consistent with that timeline; the figures are on the about page.
